What Is Usually Needed

• Order number
• Part number
• Photos or video of the issue
• Installation details
• Vehicle/RV/camper details
• A short description of when the issue appeared

Not Usually Covered

Normal wear, incorrect installation, wrong voltage or plumbing, improper use, modification, impact damage, corrosion from exposure or poor maintenance, and use outside the product's intended RV or camper application.

How We Help

We can help gather order and product information for the manufacturer, but final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer or supplier.
